My dissertation covered The effects of social, environmental and ethical issues on contemporary advertising and design. I have chosen to express this topic using a Top Trump style set of playing cards designed to display the choices and contributing factors a contemporary graphic designer could face when working in the commercial industry. There are three colour coded sets that start green and have a high ethics rating but offer little or no money and gradually progress into red cards that have very poor ethics ratings but offer high payment.
